Pr Rüdiger Schulz-Wendtland

Prof. Dr. med. Rüdiger Schulz-Wendtland was the Head of the Department of Gynaecological Radiology of the Institute of Radiology at the University of Erlangen – Nuremberg. He is a Specialist in Diagnostic Radiology and Radiotherapy with a strong interest in Gynaecological Radiology, using Interventional Methods for breast disease diagnosis with Digital Mammography, US, MRI, CT – and of course Mammography Screening. 
Professor Schulz-Wendtland has written many scientific publications (PubMed listed 236) and is the author of several books and book chapter contributions. 
He is active in German and International Teaching Programs and President of the German Society of Senology (DGS) (more than 3,000 members) from 2012 until 2018, now Vice President. nt.
He was Congress President of the German Senological Congress in 2006, 2011 and 2018.
