The goal: to build connections, share knowledge, strengthen cooperation, and shape the future of healthcare together.
Driven by the International Society of Senology
Driven by the International Society of Senology, in partnership with the National Academy of Surgery, the French National College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (CNGOF), ICANS, and many other leading institutions, the Conference welcomes all those determined to advance breast surgery and medicine with rigor, commitment, and openness.
A powerful moment for inspiration, knowledge-sharing, and action.
Train – Prevent – Heal
The Pillars of Our Commitment
Train
Passing on knowledge and skills lies at the heart of our mission. In the face of unequal access to breast surgery training, these Meetings highlight Francophone and solidarity-driven initiatives, partnerships between institutions, and first-hand accounts from the field. Training the next generation of surgeons is a key priority to ensure expert, compassionate medicine that rises to meet tomorrow’s challenges
Prevent
Prevention relies on a better understanding of risk factors, but also on education, early screening, and family support. This edition gives a central role to the environmental causes of cancer, to the evolution of surgical practices towards greater sustainability, and to analyzing care pathways to improve prevention collectively. It invites patients, families, the general public, and healthcare professionals to reflect together on concrete solutions to the concerning rise in breast cancer cases—both in France and around the world
Heal
To heal is to provide the best possible care. It means embracing the latest innovations in breast surgery, promoting oncoplastic techniques, immediate reconstruction, minimally invasive approaches, and personalized care pathways. It also means striving for equity in access to care with a spirit of solidarity and international cooperation, by supporting practical actions wherever the need is greatest.
