Elle a commencé la boxe à 5 ans en suivant ses frères et sœurs à Ostwald puis à Strasbourg, et a décroché treize titres de championne de France, trois d’Europe et quatre du monde. Ilhame Raguig s’est aussi battue contre le cancer, et s’investit maintenant dans le Fonds de dotation de la SIG.
