Pr Arboleda-Osorio Bolívar
Dr. Arboleda-Osorio dedicates his full-time practice to breast surgery, serving as Executive Director for Caribbean Breast Surgery. Received MD degree at the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine, completing his general surgery residency at the University of Puerto Rico Affiliated Hospitals program. Dr. Arboleda-Osorio has served in multiple positions, including Chief of Surgery, Director of the Breast Institute, and Medical Director for a CoC-accredited hospital. In addition to clinical practice, he shares his time teaching third year medical students and doing clinical research. He has also been president of the American College of Surgeons Puerto Rico Chapter and the founder and President of the Sociedad Puertorriqueña de Senología. He has represented Puerto Rico before the Federacion Latinoamericana de Mastología FLAM and the Senologic International Society SIS, being a Board Member of both institutions. In 2025 he served as the Chair for the 22nd SIS World breast Cancer Congress held in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Dr Arboleda-Osorio has been a speaker at multiple national and international meetings and has published in the field of breast oncology.
